Michele
rejoins FNA after a brief hiatus.Michele brings over 10 years professional
sales and management experience to First National Administrators of New
Jersey, focusing on assisting brokers in the sales and service of various
health insurance products to commercial businesses of all sizes. Michele
is recognized as an industry leader in providing world class service to
a vast network of independent broker representatives. Michele has an extensive
background in building sales and marketing organizations in various industries.
Prior to joining First National Administrators of New Jersey, Michele
served as an Executive Account Representative for HIP of New Jersey. Prior
to HIP of New Jersey, Michele held several key sales and management positions
in other areas of the insurance industry. Michele brings value to the
FNA of NJ broker network by providing specialized individual service to
each broker, gained by a unique knowledge of today's marketplace developed
over years of experience in the health insurance industry.
James
Fasanella
Sales Representative
James
Fasanella comes to FNA of New Jersey from the healthcare carrier side,
previously working as a new business manager for Cigna Healthcare. While
at Cigna Healthcare, James worked directly with employer groups in addition
to initiating new broker relations in the small to mid market segment.
In this new role James excelled at selling new business through brokers
by utilizing his persuasion, negotiation and management skills.
Having
begun his healthcare career in provider relations for Horizon BC/BS, and
United Healthcare, James developed his customer service skills in his
roll as a provider representative by resolving numerous claims adjustment
issues and benefit clarification inquiries for medical providers offices.
The
combination of James' sales experience and customer service experience
blend together creating a great compliment to utilize in working with
his customers - the brokers of NJ
Ellen
Young

Representative for New Jersey
Ellen joins us from Aetna. Having experience working with NJ based General
Agents Ellen is very knowledgeable regarding the rating and design of
NJ State Mandated plans. While Ellen was with Aetna she was a Manager
in the enrollment area and then later was moved to the Account Manager
for small group. Ellen moved on to being an Account Manager 1000+ before
moving to her most recent assignment General Broker Liaison. Ellen brings
a wealth of experience to the FNA of NJ team with her experience in both
small and large markets.
Neil
Levinson
Account Manager
Neil
began his journey with FNA of NJ in February 2004 and has continued to
grow with our office. Prior to joining FNA, Neil most recently completed
training at the Computer Career Center in Garden City, NY and his knowledge
from that training has come to be an invaluable asset in our company.
Neil also brings years of sales experience from the Real Estate industry
and a keen sense of customer needs from his time as a concierge in an
upper east side Manhattan high rise. Neil spent time growing up in Brooklyn
and East Meadow, NY and is an avid sports fan with the NY Yankees and
NY Jets among his favorite teams. Neil was recently married in May of
2004 and he and his wife Cindy currently reside in Northern New Jersey.
Meghan
Birch
Assistant Marketing Representative
Meghan is the newest addition
to the FNA family here in New Jersey, and we welcome her with open arms.
Meghan has honed her customer service skills over the last eight years
while working in the receptions area for the salon of a major department
store. During that time she also attended the College of St. Elizabeth
in Morristown, NJ and received her B. A. in Communications in December
2004.
